Includes 10 one on one 60 minute video calls, a mid-week check-in by email, unlimited support by chat or email, access to our private Facebook Community where you can meet others facing the same challenges as you, and a personalized resource library that we will build together.

When we're done working together, you'll have a clear understanding of your health and career needs, a clear action plan to continue forward, and the tools you need to succeed.

Question: Why do we have only 10 coaching session if this is a 12 week package.

Answer: I have chronic illness too, and one of the ways I manage my symptoms and prevent flairs is by maintaining a good work/life balance.  I need some flexibility in my schedule so that when I get a flare up and need to take a day off to recover I have space to reschedule any missed appointments. I also wanted to build in time for my clients to have an unexpected flare up without forcing them to skip a session.  So, I created a schedule that fits my needs and gives you a little flexibility also.  We’re all dealing with chronic illness, so flexibility is key.

Week 8: Break and 2 email check-ins

Week 9-11: Individual Coaching and mid-week email check-in
